Located in downtown Rockford, the Bridge Street building is a historical cornerstone of the community, formerly a grocery store, laundromat, and sign shop. The Focus Design Build team was in need of a new office, saw the potential in the space, and decided to make it their new home (2021-2023). The building threw the team a few curve balls, but in the end, they transformed it into a cozy, stylish office space complete with modern amenities and enough room for multiple offices!
