Focus Design Build recently completed a renovation project for the historical Best Western Plus, Normandy Inn and Suites located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This project involved a comprehensive renovation of the Continental ballroom, atrium, and the installation of a new skylight. Focus Design Build, along with Firm Ground Architects, worked together to provide an updated look and to bring more light into the Normandy Inn and Suites Continental Room area. One of the major challenges faced during the project was opening the roof and preparing the space for the new skylight, all while ensuring the existing building finishes remained dry and undamaged. Despite these challenges, Focus Design Build successfully delivered high-quality finished space, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the Normandy Inn and Suites.
