Focus Design Build, in collaboration with Mohagen Hansen, successfully led the full-scale renovation of Frandsen Bank & Trust. Spanning nearly 5,200 square feet, this project demonstrated our commitment to blending modern upgrades with historic preservation. By conducting the renovation in phases, we ensured that the bank remained fully operational, prioritizing the safety and convenience of both employees and clients. One of the significant challenges of this project was performing the renovation while the bank remained open. Keeping employees and customers of the bank safe amidst construction required detailed planning and execution. Our team was dedicated to maintaining a secure environment throughout the project. Key Features Include: preservation of historic exterior stonework, retention of the interior vault, and seamless operation of the bank during renovation.
