Our team had the opportunity to turn a bold vision into reality, creating a stunning custom 3,790 SF home in Prior Lake, Minnesota. Partnering with Kaeding Architecture, this project transformed a previously occupied lot into a striking new residence featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and soaring 10-foot ceilings—all crafted with meticulous attention to both aesthetics and functionality. Starting with the complete demolition of the original house, we worked with the client to blend high-quality materials with rustic elements to deliver a timeless, elegant space tailored to the client’s vision. A unique element of this project was the incorporation of 100-year-old lumber salvaged from the client’s historic family farm in Wisconsin, adding rich character and personal significance to the home.
