Chris Engle
General Manager
After serving in the US Marine Corps, Chris worked his way through the construction industry over the last 20 years, learning every aspect of the construction process. His experience as a carpenter, a foreman, and a Marine drives his highly detailed, tenacious, and steadfast approach to problem-solving when working on any construction project. If you ask anyone he knows, they will tell you about Chris’ commitment to his relationships, personal and professional. This makes him an exceptional friend, husband, father, business owner, and, importantly, a partner throughout the entire construction process.
Tim Artmann
Superintendent
As Superintendent, Tim brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His primary objective is leading construction activities, coordinating and scheduling trades, performing quality control, overseeing safety compliance on jobsites, and maintaining deadlines for Focus Design Build projects. Tim is passionate about what his work and enjoys building relationships with clients and project partners, problem-solving, and wowing clients at the end of projects.
Lydia Engle
Project Intern
Lydia recently joined the Focus Design Build team as a Project Intern. As a project intern, she manages jobsites and serves as the eyes and ears for the entire Focus Design Build team. As a curious learner, Lydia is constantly asking questions as they arise from trade partners. This aids her in a better understanding of the nitty-gritty details and helps to provide detailed information to the project team. Lydia is also well-versed in utilizing the company software to complete daily logs and track project progress.
